What motivated you to attend law school?

I believe that personal growth is important for everyone. After earning my Bachelor's and Master's degrees and working in Human Resources, I wanted to take the next step to grow personally and professionally. I chose to attend law school and earn a JD with a concentration in Labor and Employment law, to take my career to the next level.

Tell us about your legal work experience (law clerk, externship, internship, etc.).

In addition to clerking for three years at a mid-size corporate law firm, I worked for 15 years in Human Resources. I also serve on two Boards of Directors, and volunteer weekly at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.

What are the best qualities you will bring to a legal employer?

My strengths are in people and practice. I enjoy working with clients and employees, to help solve their problems and encourage their own personal growth.

What are your goals for your legal career?

My goals in my career are to continue to grow. In the future, I hope to start my own law practice and obtain my license to practice in Florida, so I can retire there.
