A survey of bankruptcy and other laws that affect the business decisions to put a business into a Chapter 11 Reorganization and the decisions necessary after the company has filed its Chapter 11 proceedings, including the decisions to file bankruptcy, the DIP financing, jurisdiction and venue, obtaining credit, treatment of executory contracts, review of operating issues, management decisions ethics, claims issues, sale of assets, drafting the disclosure statement, confirmation of the reorganization plan, and post confirmation issues.
