2025 Entertainment & Sports Law Symposium

The Entertainment & Sports Law Association Symposium will feature discussions on the legal and business aspects of the sports and entertainment industries. Topics will include the evolving legal challenges in competitive gaming, such as contracts, intellectual property, and industry regulations. Experts will also examine the role of agents and representatives in negotiating contracts, securing endorsements, and protecting the rights of athletes and entertainers. Additionally, the symposium will explore the intersection of law and business in both professional and collegiate sports, covering issues like governance, sponsorships, and financial operations. The event will also feature a keynote address from Bobby Marks, ESPN’s NBA Front Office Insider, who will provide insights into the complexities of sports management and the legal challenges shaping the industry.
