INTERLIBRARY LOAN (ILL) NETWORKS

The Law Library's participation in other ILL networks provides access to an even greater collection of books, AV materials, and journal articles. When items are not available via CSU libraries or OhioLINK/SearchOhio, the Law Library will attempt to obtain the needed materials from the closest or least expensive sources. Law students are not charged fees to obtain materials via ILL. The Law Library also provides full ILL loan borrowing services for CSU LAW faculty. To make an ILL request, use the online form below or stop by the Information Services Desk. Cleveland State non-law faculty may make interlibrary loan requests from the CSU Michael Schwartz Library.

FINES FOR INTERLIBRARY LOAN ITEMS

Interlibrary loan fees will be accessed 30 days after the item is overdue. You will be billed a $75 replacement fee for the item plus a billing fee of $15.00. The $15.00 billing fee is a mandatory charge for all items 30 days overdue and is assessed even if the item is returned. If the item is returned, however, you will not be charged a $75 replacement cost.
