As the U.S. prepares for the significant increase of the aging population, there must also be concern and consideration for the needs of the population from legal issues to mental health that impact healthcare, employment, housing/long-term care planning, and socialization. This program is designed to begin a discussion about these issues as they are going to be important for those in both the law and mental health to think about the needs of the aging population and perhaps differently than they have before given the tremendous growth of this population.
