Sarah Nintcheff
Visiting Legal Writing Professor
Bio
Sarah Nintcheff is a Visiting Legal Writing Professor at Cleveland State University College of Law. She teaches Legal Writing, Researching, and Advocacy to first-year law students.
Professor Nintcheff began her career as a litigation associate at BakerHostetler, where she focused primarily on commercial contract disputes. In 2002, Professor Nintcheff became a career law clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. Gaughan of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In addition to her duties as a career clerk, Professor Nintcheff regularly presented at the Introduction to Federal Practice Seminar hosted by the Federal Bar Association. Professor Nintcheff spoke on issues including the Local Civil Rules, federal practice, and effective brief writing.
