Out-of-State Students to Pay In-State Tuition Rate at C|M|LAW

In a new tuition schedule approved by the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees and effective as of the Fall 2018 semester, out-of-state students will pay the same tuition rate as in-state Ohio students to attend Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Under the previous schedule, non-Ohio resident students paid an average of 27% more per semester, before scholarships, to attend C|M|LAW.  Now, out-of-state students will pay the same amount as Ohio residents, except for a surcharge on the instructional fee component of tuition as required by state law.  The non-resident law student surcharge is $50 per semester.
