This online asynchronous course is designed to provide an introduction to the ways in which organizations struggle to comply with regulations and laws and manage the risks associated with a wide variety of business activities. Students will gain an understanding of the importance and role of corporate compliance programs and the fundamental components of an effective compliance plan.
